Thunder Cloud Studio returns as Silver Sponsor
Thunder Cloud Studio is excited to share that the studio is returning to XDS 2026 as a Silver Sponsor! While the team has attended in previous years, this is the first time we are showcasing our work at a dedicated booth.
This marks a new step for us. We are not only joining the conversation, but actively demonstrating how our production systems perform in real game art outsourcing projects.
Our representatives this year are Dzung Phung and May Phung, who also attended XDS 2025. Their continued presence brings stronger alignment, clearer communication, and a deeper understanding of how studios evaluate external partners.

At our booth, we will share how we approach production across 2D and 3D game art, with a focus on scalable game art outsourcing.
The goal is simple. Not just to show what we create, but how we make it production-ready with:
- 100+ in-house artists, fully dedicated and continuously trained, with experience across 300+ projects spanning A to AAA titles.
- Structured game art outsourcing pipelines for high-volume asset production
- QA-driven workflows that keep delivery stable and predictable
What is External Development Summit
The External Development Summit (XDS) is a leading international event focused on external development in the game industry. It brings together developers, publishers, and service providers across engineering, co-development, art, animation, audio, QA, and localization.
Each year, hundreds of Buyers and Service Providers from over 55 countries attend. Major companies such as Microsoft Studios, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Electronic Arts, Activision, Ubisoft, Blizzard, and Riot Games have all taken part.
The event has facilitated thousands of partnerships, including up to 17,400 B2B meetings between Buyers and Service Providers.
Hosted at the Vancouver Convention Center this September 8-11, XDS 2026 continues to center around real production conversations. It is where pipelines are validated, workflows are discussed, and long-term partnerships begin.
